Even if you boil the cup well, its colour may change over time. The powder is based on baking soda and percarbonate, and it flawlessly cleans the cup so you can use it for many years to come.
How to use it
- Regularly after every cycle: Bring approx. 300 ml of water to boil, add a tablespoon of the powder, and submerge the entire menstrual cup in the mixture. Leave to boil for several minutes. Be careful that the water doesn’t boil off. Contact with a dry, hot surface will irreversibly damage the device. Thoroughly wash the cup with clean water after boiling it.
- For discoloured or stained cups: Bring approx. 300 ml of water to boil, add a tablespoon of the powder, and submerge the cup in the water. Allow the solution to work for several hours (preferably overnight). Then carefully wash the cup with clean water.
