In one year, the menstrual cup changed the way I see myself. Here's how!

When I first heard about menstrual cups a few years ago, my immediate reaction was, "That sounds awful! Definitely
I won't try it." And now, after reading a lot of research, talking to other girls, and most of all, my own experience with
the cup, I am absolutely in love with it. Like most women who have made it a part of their lives, I use
every convenient moment to tell how happy the relationship is, which initially started on a thorny path.
"Thorns" and "vagina" are hardly words you want to hear in the same sentence. But for me, the truth turned out to be exactly that – the beginning was difficult. But unlike romantic relationships that start dramatically, the one with the cup (or rather, with my body) unfolded like a Hollywood movie with a happy ending, proving that sometimes good things really do come slowly.

How did the menstrual cup come about? You've probably already had contact with menstrual cups, at least virtually.

helps you remove the cup more easily. Most are made of high-quality medical-grade silicone, which is
hypoallergenic. Comes in different sizes, colors and plasticity...
