Instructions for use: The gel is effective even at 30 °C, but if the material allows, wash at least at 40 °C (to more easily dissolve sweat, grease, etc.).
Washing in a washing machine: We determine the dose of the gel according to the hardness of the water, which we determine using a test strip. For soft water: 30 ml (1 cap) per 4-5 kg of laundry. For medium-hard water: 45 ml or use a water softener. For hard water: 60 ml or use a water softener.
Hand wash: about 15 ml per wash.
For white laundry: Add 1-2 tablespoons of PUER bleaching powder and wash at least 55 °C.
For stains: Before washing, treat the stained areas with Stain Soap.
Rinse: We use Laundry Rinse Aid, which neutralizes pH and reduces skin irritation.
Ingredients: 5-< 15% soapnut extract, 5-< 15% non-ionic surfactants (vegetable-based), sodium carbonate, chelating agent (GLDA), glycerol, sodium benzoate, xanthan gum, organic lavender essential oil, linalool.

When returning the order, return shipping to "Tierra Verde Bulgaria" is at the customer's expense.

Delivery times:
Orders are processed during our business hours between 10:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. (Mon-Fri) are fulfilled the same day and delivered by Speedy for:

- within the country (to office) within 24 hours
- for the country (to address) within 48 hours.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (Mon-Fri) and on non-working days are fulfilled and delivered for delivery the next working day.

Upon receipt of the Product, the User should check the contents of the package for compliance of the sent Product with the submitted order. If any violations are found in the appearance of the Product, the User should contact the courier, who is obliged to draw up a report on damage to the shipment and the costs for the damaged Product are covered by the courier. Otherwise, the User cannot make a claim for missing or damaged integrity of the Product.
