- for shipments from 3.01kg to 10kg - 7.20 lv.
- for shipments over 10kg - 14.30 lv.
Delivery to address with Speedy:
- for shipments up to 3kg - 7.90 lv.
- for shipments from 3.01kg to 10kg - 14.50 BGN
- for shipments over 10kg - 24.90 lv.
If your Speedy office is full, sometimes the shipment is automatically forwarded to another office. If you have a similar problem, please call us at 02 8510850 so we can redirect the shipment to the correct office.
When returning the order, return shipping to "Tierra Verde Bulgaria" is at the customer's expense.

Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. (Mon-Fri) are fulfilled the same day and delivered by Speedy for:

- within the country (to office) within 24 hours
- for the country (to address) within 48 hours.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (Mon-Fri) and on non-working days are fulfilled and delivered for delivery the next working day.

Upon receipt of the Product, the User should check the contents of the package for compliance of the sent Product with the submitted order. If any violations are found in the appearance of the Product, the User should contact the courier, who is obliged to draw up a report on damage to the shipment and the costs for the damaged Product are covered by the courier.
